Intro : I'm going to talk about the notion Locations and forms of powers. To begin with, I would like to give a definition of this notion : the notion of locations and forms of powers talking about politics and social science, power is the ability to influence the behavior of people. In order to live together members of a community accept rules, regulations, laws. Location is where this power is exerted. To illustrate this we may wonder what is the impact of guns in USA. We will see in a first part why some people are for the guns and in the second part why people are against guns.

Développement : In USA, NRA stands for National Rifle Association. The NRA is an American nonprofit organization which advocates for gun rights and was funded in 1871. NRA has 4,5 million active members. These major donors are the Republicans. There slogan is “Guns don't kill people, people kill people”. Supporters of the NRA claim that in the constitution of the united states weapons are defined in the second amendment to protect people and created militia. But in USA many people are fighting against NRA and guns for all the tragedies that cause: The clip of Childish Gambino “This is America” shows a portrait of united states that are violent and dangerous because of weapons, in this clip are staged mass killings and assassination as happens in the country. As a result of mass killings, many associations have emerged to change things like "Moms requests actions" which is an association that fights against weapons by making posters to raise awareness of killings in schools.

Conclusion : To conclude, I think the constitution of USA need to be changed in such a way that gun killings regress and members of NRA can wear weapons but after a psychological test and just to protect others peoples
