So i am goingt to toolk about Mohamed Ali he was born on 19 January 1942 in Louisville, Kentucky was an American boxer. This gift for boxing comes from high school where he already wins amateur prizes such as the National Golden Gloves. In 1960, he won the gold medal at the Rome Olympic Games in the medium-heavy category. The same year, his first professional fight against Tunney Hunsaker took place. He was Classified in the heavywt category, he continued the successes. February 25, 1964 is a key date in his career. He won the fight against the legendary Sunny Liston, the title champion, who everyone thought was invincible. He became world champion in the heavyweight category. Since then Mohamed Ali will be recognized in boxing by his peers as one of the best boxers in the world.

The Nation of Islam us a African American movement and organization, founded in 1930 and known for its teachings combining elements of traditional Islam with black nationalist ideas. The Nation also promotes racial unity and self-help and maintains a strict code of discipline among members. He was noted for his political ideas and was close to Malcolm X. In 1967, he refused to participate in the Vietnam War and was sentenced to a heavy sentence, with the cancellation of his boxing license. He recovered it in 1970 and was acquitted by the Supreme Court. In 1982, he was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease. This definitely marks the end of his boxing career. With 56 victories out of 61 battles, his opposition to the Vietnam War and his struggle for the equality of black Americans, Muhammad Ali was elected in 1999 by the BBC: a sporting personality of the 20th century. In the same year, his daughter, Laila Ali, also became a boxer. He died on June 3, 2016 following respiratory problems
