MYTHS AND HEROES

I am going to talk about myths and heroes.

First of all I would like to give a definition of this notions. What is a myth ?

A myth it is a story that may or may not be true. Can be defined that a story about a gods or hero. It can be a popular belief or tradition or a false story.

What is a Hero?

In generally a hero is a person who is admired  for their courage ,outstanding achievements or a person with  a superhuman  qualities. Can be the main character in a book or film. I think a hero it is person who has performed a heroic act . Today many people don't have a same definition about a hero in that case . My key question is : How can people see a hero Today ?

In the first party I am going to talk of the myths and  one the second heroes

A myths can be an object ,for examples the statue of liberty it is a myth for the people like the  emigrants , for example the Mexicans , Mexicans emigrants because this statue is the first thing they saw when they arrived . It represent a American dream.

A hero can be someone who influence the society as in dreamland. For example  as superman  as the model of American heroes fighting for the good . There are Batman ;the dark hero but struggling for the justice . I think in modern-day , the hero doesn't need a glory : for example a patriotic or politician man that defend humans rights. You can see too legendary characters as Elvis Presley ,John Wayn, Marylyn Monore, they aren't really heroes but famous peoples. A  group of person can change  the society and I think this person are heroes for examples during the sixties many people participated in the betterment of the society,They rebelled and showed ,thank to the peoples there were sexual equality less racism and less homophobia.
