Hey Jean-Pierre !

As you know, i'm doing a trip on Route 66 with my girlfriend. We started our trip 5 days ago in Los Angeles, and we are actually in Amarillo, Texas. We still have more than 1000 kilometers until reaching Chicago ! This road is amazing. It's like a travel in time, and every day the landscape is different. We started the trip in Los Angeles, I think you've already been there, didn't you ? It's a beautiful and modern city, with beautiful beaches. And it always makes me something when I see the "Hollywood" sign !! Then we arrived to Arizona. This country is beautiful, and when I drived through those huge rocks, it reminded me of the Western movies I used to watch when i was a kid... Las Vegas is not supposed to be on Route 66, but we spent a night there to, you know, expand our culture. And yesterday, we reached Texas, and now we're in Amarillo. We already went to the "Cadillac ranch", near the city. It's 6 cars, in the middle of a field, and people tagged them so much that we can't even see the var's color ! It's really weird when you think that those cars travelled through ages, and that every single tag is a memory that someone has let there... So, we are going to sleep here, and then we will continue our journey to Chicago on Route 66. Next step is Oklahoma, i'm impatient to see the famous Blue whale ! I feel really lucky to do this trip, and I hope you'll do it one day, because it's simply amazing.
