My opinion about the film :

The plot was intriguing and humoristic. The movie treats about gangsters and gypsies in London. The performance of the actors was brilliant!

Details about the film :

The script’s writing is excellent. It deals with a history of a stolen diamond where everyone is running after that, and in the other part, a small-time boxing promoter who looks forward to some boxers to do rigged fights.

The story is fun and exciting. The setting creates a certain atmosphere because the director does not give the spectator time to breathe because he connects the scenes very quickly. The characters are sterotyped : the black gangsters are stupids, the russian man is bloodthirsty and indestructible, the gypsies are stupid and violents but they’re smarts, the Jews are diamond dealer…

My feeling after watching the movie :

I was impressed by the actor playing with a special dedicace to Brad Pitt for his gipsy role. It's a good movie from start to finish, it’s exciting! The original soundtracks in the film are great and set the tone for the film

My recommendation :

It’s a must-see. It's a classic of English cinema for me. It’s a portrayal. It is a characteristic portrait of second-class gangsters.
