Wolverine is a fictional superhero character that appears in comic books published by Marvel

Born James Howlet and commonly known as Logan, Wolverine is a mutant who possesses animal-keen senses, enhanced physical capabilities, and a healing factor.

The character first appeared in the last panel of The Incredible Hulk #180, with his first full appearance in #181 (Nov. 1974)

He was created by Len Wein and by John Romita, who designed the character.

When the character is created, Logan is agent of the Canadian government and superhero as code name is wolwerine. In the Incredible Hulk # 181, he was sent by the Government of Canada with the mission to end a confrontation between Hulk and Wendigo who sow destruction around them.
