Exposé : Event of the year

DIAPO 1 :

Hello everyone ! First of all we want to clarify that what we are present you is just fiction.

So as you know, this year the University celebrates 50 years. In order to make this event as successful as possible, we are responsible for organising it.

DIAPO 2 :

We're going to introduce ourselves. My name is Marine and I am the project leader. The University contacted me to organize this event. I have two collaborators on my team. I'm going to let them introduce themselves.

Hello, my name is Juliette and I am head of communication. I take care of doing the advertisements, creating flyers, managing social networks.

Hello my name is Nathalie, I am the deputy head of communication. I work with Juliette, I'm her right hand (I'm PA (person assistant). We work together.

DIAPO 3 :

We will explain the program of the day to be held on March 15th 2019.

The event will take place in and around the university.

As you know, there are many formations in the university. We will therefore propose to 30 students of each formation to represent this one.

The schools are : (suivre diapo) DUT Legal Careers, TC DUTs, IPAG, IAE, Law School (10 students from L1, 10 students of L2, 10 students of L3), Faculty of Economics (the 10 students), Professional Licenses (15) real estate licenses (15), 30 students of all masters combined.

The 30 formations will be in competition during an afternoon. The winning team will have a reward, we will talk about it later. The principle of this competition looks like Harry Potter’s theme.

We will therefore present the three activities.

DIAPO 4 :

First of all, the first activity is a bit special. As you know, the creator of PokémonGo, David Dupuis, studied at the IAE in Rouen. To celebrate 50 years of university, he helped us to create an activity.

There will be in the university, some flash codes, hidden everywhere. It is therefore necessary to download the application and take pictures of as many flash codes as possible. Students will have 2h.

The formation that has found the most flash codes will earn 5 points for their team. The second will win 3 points and the third will win 1 point.

DIAPO 5 :

Then there will be a general culture test with several questions on several topics. Law, marketing, economics, accounting ... Everyone will be able to answer, it will be the fastest! The first school will win 3 points, the second 2 points and the third 1 point. The final activity will be an orienteering race organized on the Rouen docks. The winning team will win 5 points, the second 2 points and the third 1 point.

DIAPO 6 :

We spoke to you about a reward. The winning team will win 30 tablets donated by the FNAC. Indeed, we chose the FNAC as sponsor given the number of students who buy their codes, manuals or other in their shop. We will tell you more about the sponsors later.

DIAPO 7 :

Apart from the competition between the trainings, we organized different kinds of activities. A concert will be held with Lompal, Orelsan and Angèle, who will perform some of their titles. Furthermore, Mr. Eric Dupont Morreti and many other lawyers will come to make a conference that will take place in the amphitheater 500 and 600. So this afternoon will be busy.
