My expert look

1)

The characters in the video don’t listen each others, so this meeting is a real disaster, I think they just don’t care about it, one is on phone and leaves this meeting just like that what is very rude, an other one makes jokes, an other was late and the manager is absolutely not convincing and persuasive.

2)

As I said,I think the have this bad behavior because they may don’t care about it and must just wait the end of this meeting.

The manager could have been more persuasive and/or authoritarian to be listened to.

3)

During this kind of meeting, people have to be listening.

They shouldn’t talk all together in same time, they can’t do that.

They can’t be late.

Phones must be turned off.

A meeting is time when you have to be serious.

A good manager should be listened, and authoritatian if he/she has to.

(The man with his mobile should have turned it off and absolutely not picked it up. And he can not leave a meeting just beacause he wants to, it is very rude.

The man late, couldn’t be.

The most of the people in this meeting must be more listening.

The manager (theacher) has to be more directive.)

Ps : I did the part in brackets because I thought that what we had to do before I realize it was not, so I just left it.

Ps Ps : I am so sorry for the late, I had a impediment during my day and couldn’t do anything (it is not an excuse). Beside I thought we could submit the test before midnight, I am sorry. Please forgive me. ^^’
