Internal communications :

1.

- I agree for the first recommendations, because i think it’s an innovative idea, keep in touch with key developments in the company. To my mind with this recommendation we can adapt the new development with the new consumer need and put place products which answer to their expectation. Finally this recommendation can create good connection between Company and customers, Heads of Department and the Board of Directors.

- I agree for the second recommendations, because we can see an incident in the company, the company don’t have a good exchange of the information’s and the message which sent to the sent manager it’s not concluant so he create a problem in the distribution of the information and the communication, setting up of action. Moreover, to setting up a manager to be in charge of key accounts it’s a good idea in order to facilitate and improving the distributions of tasks.

Sales reps/Head office:

- I disagree against the third recommendations , because I think issue all sales reps with Blackberry devices can create more problem in the company , the reps can think that are monitored, lose trust and believe in a lack of confidentiality. Moreover, instruct reps to send daily reports to the sales department, I think it’s there work’s since long time so teach them to send daily reports, I suppose that they know how to make it. So they can believe that we make them for incompetent.

Customer Services Department:

- I agree with the fourth recommendation to setting up a new procedure fort dealing with product complaints. In order to keep save the customer in good health, to keep a good relation company/customer. To respect the rules of safety and health in company. To keep in touch all of domains in the company of the implantation of product in a good conditions.

2.

The other ideas that I can has to improve communication in WCH are:

- Suggest activities between different department in the company

- Create events between the company and the customers in order to creates good links

- Mix departments on new products in order to improve the communication

- Make activities of internal and external group to the company in order to improve the qualities of work, creates links between the personal of the company, improve the communication and make the staff participate in the teamwork. So improve the conditions of work.
