Greeting a customer at the airport :
PA: Good morning/afternoon Mrs H, my name is Charlotte, I'm Mr Murdoch's personal assistant. I am here to welcome you and to take you to his office.
C: Hello, Nice to meet you.
PA: I have a taxi waiting outside for us, please right this way/please follow me right this way.
C: Ok, thank you, let's go.
In the taxi:
PA: (it's your job to make small talk and to get the customer to feel at ease) How was your journey? I trust that you had a pleasant trip/flight/journey
C: Yes, thank you, the air hostess took good care of me. / the air hostess looked after me well.
PA: We are only five minutes away from the office. Once we get there, Mr Murdoch is waiting for you, there is a meeting with the sales team.
C: That sounds good, but I would have liked to stop by the hotel to freshen up first.
PA: I'm so/very sorry that's not possible/it's not an option, the meeting starts/begins in fifteen minutes. However, there are toilets in the office and you will have five minutes to freshen up before the meeting.
C: Ok thanks that's great. Do you know how long the meeting will last?/ how long the meeting is going to last?
PA: It should last around one hour.
C: Ok fab, what is there planned afterwards?
PA: I have booked a table at the local 5 stars restaurant for you and the whole team for 8pm.
C: That sounds great. How many of us will there be?
PA: There are five of us. /There will be 5 of us. / 5 of us are going.
C: I would like to wait in my hotel, I would like to rest for a little while before the evening meal.
PA: After the meeting, I can take you back to your hotel; can I get you anything, a fruit basket for example, a bottle of sparkling water?
C: I would love some earl grey tea and some biscuits.
PA: I will organize for the tea and biscuits to be sent/delivered to your room upon your arrival.
C: Thank you very much, that's terribly kind of you. Can you do me a favour?
PA: Yes of course, how can I help?/ how may I help you?/ What can I do for you?
C: I forgot to pack my evening gown for tonight,
