1- Create new company 

My owen new company his name EA SPORT, I created this company because I am a sports person but the problem when I was small I was poor so I could not buy the shoes or sportswear, so I have the idea of creating a company that can provide the supplies that have a relationship with the sport at a very low price with good quality,  then that I have a budget of 5M euros, , I will start manufacturing and selling in France and internationally, and of course on the official website of my brand, and we will be everywhere from all over the world, what concerns production I will set up almost 200 employees in each production plant with better circumstances and a salary from 15 euro / h to '40 euro / h,  with holidays according to the employee and his religion and is the country where the factory is located, to attract customers I will make ads on our pages on social networks and use television too , to succeed in my project je vais utilizer the participative management because it’s    democratic leadership style when I get the creative ideas and comments of my workers.
