PARTIE 1
Cet article The Economist paru en janvier 2012 , et le graphique créé d’après ESOP Statistics de mars 2012, parle des salariés qui posséde des action dans les entreprises anglaise.
Le créateur magasins John Lewis au Royaume Uni, est cité en exemple pour la mise en place de son plan d’actionnariat salarié. En effet, cette incitation financière permet de développe la loyauté ainsi que l’implication du personnel dans la croissance, d’où le fait que les bénéfice engendré par l'entreprise sont on constante augmentation. Ainsi, on peut voir sur le graphique, la valeur des actions de ce type d’entreprise représente trois fois celle des entreprises cotées en bourse. Mais il est très rare de voir des entreprise adopté ce type de plan d'action étant donnée le risque que cela peut engendré.

There are many ways for compagnies to motivate their staff :
The first and the most important way for me to motivate the employee is the communication, in fact all the strategy of motivation are based on the communication, the managers must know how to communicate with employee so that they can become deeply involved in a project.
Then, the second way to motivate the staff is the confidence, The success of a compagnie reside in the faith between the manager and the employee. To have a relationship like that they have to truth each other.
Obviously, There is nothing more motivating than working in a company with a healthy and harmonious environment.

There are many advantage to work in a small compagnie :
In fact the Employees have a global view of the activity, they quickly see the impact of their actions , they have the opportunity to influence the course of events. There is a greater recognition of the work , possibility of acquiring shares in the company's capital and the work is more versatile.
but there are also many inconvenient to work in a small compagny that do not exist in big company. The small business resources can not compete with those of the major groups , and in terms of materials , capital and human resources . Which may limit the ability to work well as salary. The pressure is different from that of large companies but real since the acts of each have important implications.
