The system of supply chain

The supply chain help business men and woman to run their activity by creating products and delivering in BtoB, BtoD, or BtoC. This process has several steps that the product started and finished with it, that start with creating the product, packaging, shipping and also the logistics to deliver it. The supply chain understands an essential part of the company as it is very important to optimize the process to ensure effective and efficient delivery of products. 

The system of supply chain can be seen as several steps to organize the tide (flow) of items and materials from providers and customers, it constitutes all steps of procurement, manufacturing, and distributing. The process is crafted to respond at customers' needs with efficient and effective of products and delivery and also minimizing costs (Economy of scale). 

This process helps to improve the competence and the efficiently of business’s operations, as well as improve all qualities of the firm services and goods, furthermore the communication and organization between all the parts of the company.  

The challenges are much, firstly in coordinating and managing a large number of suppliers and sometimes it's not just a local provider, it must be designed to meet a specific need of the firm, which can depend on products or services being produced, and ensure that it will be effective and efficient, furthermore in this process the need of respond to any unexpected events all kind of events. For being successful, supply chain organization need to demand a high level of coordination and communication between all parties understood.  

In terms of perspectives, the future of supply chain management will be more data- 

driven. With the advent of big data and the Internet of Things, there will be more data 

available than ever before. Supply chain managers will also need to be able to analyze 

this data and use it to make decisions about where to source materials, 

how to manufacture products, and how to distribute them. supply chain management 

will be more collaborative. In order to be successful, supply chain managers will need 

to be able to work with other departments within their organizations, as well as with 

suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors. They will need to be able to share data and 

information seamlessly in order to make the best decisions for the entire supply chain. 

In addition, the future of supply chain management will be more customer-centric. With 

the rise of e-commerce, customers are becoming more and more demanding. They 

expect to be able to buy products when and where they want, and they expect to be
