Good morning everyone,

My name is mathieu and i am a video workers in easport i’m 24 years and i want to share

We have gathered here today to address a pressing issue in our industry( EA SPORT) the exploitation of video game workers. From long hours of crunch time to insufficient compensation, it is time for us to stand up and fight for our rights.

As a community, we have a shared passion for creating immersive and innovative gaming experiences for players around the world. But, this passion is being taken advantage of by companies who prioritize profit over the well-being of their workers. And we can’t do anything else now !

We have heard from workers like me , who struggled with the long hours of crunch time, sacrificing their personal and family life for the company. Or, workers like auguste, who received inadequate compensation for their hard work and dedication. And let's not forget workers like jules, who faced discrimination and a toxic work environment.

These stories aren’t isolated incidents, they are indicative of a larger systemic issue within our industry. We need to come together as a union and demand better treatment for all video game workers. This includes fair compensation, reasonable work hours, and a safe and inclusive work environment.

We have the power to make a difference togetgherr, and it is our duty to use it. The success of the video game industry is built on the backs of the hard-working individuals in this room. It is time for us to demand our fair share and to stand up for our rights as workers.

Together, we can beat the crunch and create a better future for all video game workers. Thank you for listening
