There is a lot of benefits in having equality between men and women, first there is the fact that people feel better if they can do what they want, so the World would be a better place for everyone can do what pleases him.

Second if the woman and the man in a family both have a job then the family will earn more revenue and they will have a better life then they would have had if only the husband went to work. And it also bring more workers which means that the economy might increase.

I never ever regretted the choice I made as a caring father to stay home with my children.
