The European Union has permitted to create the solidarity between the States from European continent: it is the economic and political association of 28 States. The European Union has put in place the European Common Market i.e.: free movement of goods, of capital and people in Europe, it has created a common agricultural policy (PAC): quotas, guaranteed price drop, a common currency: euro, which has permitted Europe to have an independent monetary policy. The European Union has established institutions as the European council, but still the decisional triangle which includes the European Commission, the Council of Ministers and the European Parliament: which represents the people of the Member states of the European Union, it is present in three cities: in Strasbourg, in Luxembourg and Brussels. The European Union has created the Schengen Agreements, which have allowed to eliminate gradually border controls for the European citizens and a harmonization of the politics. In 2012, the European Union has received the Nobel Peace Prize. However in 2015, the European Commission wishes the employments creation, the sustainable economic growth and has proposed a plan of investment to mobilize 315 billion euros of additional public and private investments during the next three years. The commission has recommended to return the more dynamic works markets and to fight against the high level of the unemployment, to increase the flexibility of the markets of products and services, to improve the conditions of investment of companies and the quality of the investments for search and innovation. The European Union has chosen to reduce at least 40 % of its greenhouse gas emissions by 2030, to reduce the extreme poverty, to insure the primary education, to promote the gender equality and the empowerment of the women, to reduce the infant mortality and to fight against the HIV and AIDS.
