Introduction :

It is written on the diary of the prime minister, Theresa May, on March 29, 2017: "The United Kingdom invokes the article 50 of the Lisbon Treaty". London is definitely turning its back on the European adventure. Forty-four years, two months and twenty-eight days after entering the European Economic Community (CEE),

Theresa May will confirm the official start of the United Kingdom's exit from the European Union. President Emmanuel Macron and Prime Minister Theresa May have posted this Thursday, January 18 the concord that reigns between Paris and London on the occasion of a Franco-British summit organized in Sandhurst. The menu was heartening: enhanced cooperation to manage the migrant crisis, confirmation of new joint defense projects between the two leading military powers of the EU.

The record is hardly brighter on the domestic front where Theresa May has continued to chain political misunderstandings around the highly perilous exit of the United Kingdom from the European Union. Despite the tentative agreement reached with Brussels, which was rare for the unanimous applause of her party, the Conservative premier suffered a stinging defeat in December, when eleven of her deputies voted with the Labor opposition for that Parliament get a final vote on the terms of the divorce.

On the diplomatic front, Emmanuel Macron took the lead in international resistance to the initiatives of US President Donald Trump. Theresa May, who had bet on "the special relationship" London and Washington to prepare the post-Brexit, had to resolve to see it deteriorate in a new way.

In all this Brexitian story it is Teresa May who takes all the criticisms like for example that of Donal Trump who criticizes her openly on Twitter causing a conflict between Uk and USA

To conclude the UK exit has repercussions on several scales whether European, French or British. In fact, the exit of the United Kingdom from the EU risks simplifying things greatly.

First Of All in the British plan leaving the EU, the United Kingdom will not actually draw a line on bilateral discussions, outside any European framework, initiated with France on the management of migrants and particullary the problem of the workers making the journey UK-France with the increase in border crossing regulations.

Then in the French plan Emmanuel Macron intends to take advantage of the geopolitical context of Brexit to obtain new concessions from London on the co-management of the maritime border installed on the French coast.

And finally on the European plan Brexit should also have no impact on migration flows, predicts the researcher, the United Kingdom still enjoying a very strong attractiveness.
