1. Who are the consumers of Aqualisa (the UK company)? What are the channel partners of Aqualisa (the UK company)? Which channel serves which consumer?

There are two types of consumers of Aqualisa: individuals and property developers. The channel partners are Trade shops, Showrooms, and DIY Sheds.

A. Individuals: buyers in this type can be divided into three pricing segments.

a. Premium buyers

They focus on high performance and service. The product style will be taken into consideration. Typically, they shop in showrooms where offer pleasant place with well-expert consultants to introduce all products features and function, also providing a set of installation services. They make decision independently instead of relying on master plumbers.

b. Stand buyers

They concern about high service and performance rather than the style of products. They usually need an independent plumber to recommend or select a product for them.

c. Value buyers

Consumers in this segment focus on convenience and price, also relying on plumbers’ advice and help in order to choose a suitable product with no excavations. Although trade shops’ primary customer is plumber, buyers in this type may possibly choose their products here. Furthermore, they may also select DIY Sheds which are retail outlets offering more discounts and cheaper price to customers. However, you have to DO IT BY YOURSELF!
