Partie 1 : compte rendu écrit en français

Cet article est intitulé "today's forecast: cloudy". Il est écrit par Daniel Lyons pour le journal Newsweek en date du 10 novembre 2008 à la rubrique techtonic shifts. Il parle d'innovation en matière de stockage des données informatiques. C’est une innovation selon laquelle le stockage de données informatique ne se fait plus sur la mémoire du PC mais sur une multitude de serveurs internet. Daniel Lyons nous présente d’abord tous les avantages de cette avancée: l'accessibilité des données peu importe où l'on se trouve, le stockage illimité des données, les facilités et gain de temps qui en découlent comme par exemple l'abandon de l'utilisation de la clé USB. Puis dans un second temps il expose les inconvénients de cette innovation. En effet pour que le système soit efficace il faut des connections internet plus rapides, fiables et sécurisées partout où l'on va pour protéger les informations personnelles et la vie privée de chacun. De plus ce n'est pas simple d'utilisation et donc pas à la portée de tous. Enfin l'auteur souligne que ce système ne connait pas encore de version complète et définitive car chaque grand groupe informatique apporte ses idées et amélioration pour l’avancée de cette nouvelle technologie. The signature of the first authentic act on electronic support prefigures the total dematerialization of notarial acts in France which will allow, for example the solicitors to assure remote acts.The authenticity of the electronic signature of the solicitor is guaranteed by a secure USB key which contains all the elements of identification of the solicitor as well as its signature. Every solicitor already possesses it one and uses him within the framework of his exchanges with the land registry. All the dematerialized acts will be kept and centralized, stored in the electronic central minutier where they will be kept in departmental archives. (174 words)

2/ Actually, many people are addicted to new technologies like computers, laptop and cellphones because we can take them with us anywhere. Everytime we need computers and cellphones to work and communicate. we must have control of our life or maybe except in social network because every people can see what we put on it.

Lot of new technologies are useful like computer to work, cellphone to communicate, GPS, television to watch news, movies etc.… Internet is very useful but it could be very dangerous because There is everything and nothing on it. I don’t think that new technologies are indispensable because there are countries in the world which almost never use them.
