The globalization indicates the process by which the relations between nations became interdependent and exceeded the boundaries that aspects, in fact , it affect the politics, economics, culture, society, or information , it represents the opening of the border and the beginning of the international trade , the relocation and free trade.
globalization led to an increase in living standards, first through international trade. the share of developing countries in world trade has generally increased from 19% in 1971 to 29% in 1999. then through the movement of capital. we observed a strong increase in private capital flows into developing countries during most of the 90s. Today foreign direct investment now occupies the first place. But also with emigration, indeed workers emigrate because the job prospects are better in other countries. during the period 1965-1990, foreign labor has increased by about half in the world. Most migration is between developing countries. However, the flow of migrants to the economies of rich countries allows homogenization of wages worldwide. more workers who return with their skills in developing countries are increasing wages in these countries. Finally with Dissemination of knowledge and technology: the exchange of information are an integral part of globalization. For example, foreign direct investment has led to an increase in physical capital but also technical innovation. information about production methods, management techniques, export markets and economic policies is available at a very low cost and is a very valuable resource for developing countries.
Because of economic globalization, social inequality between rich and poor countries are growing and getting stronger. competition between countries that have a high purchasing power and other countries where purchasing power is very low inevitably aggravates the suffering of the poor. on the other hand, outsourcing to countries where labor is cheaper certainly benefit them but it comes at the expense of the country. more governments in poor countries are under pressure from international organizations that dictate the policy to be followed, which is not at the service of the citizens of these countries. Finally, globalization leads the global power that focus on their own country to make the most profit.
