Speech of English poor the drug’s legalization

I am here today, in front of you, dear friends, not because my teacher has asked me, but because we need to change lot of things. We can’t stay like this face to the drug’s problems and in particular face to the drugs traffic. And this is why you and me we need to act, for say stop to the drugs trafficking. And say stop to the drug trafficking, we must, us the citizens legalize drugs in order to more easily control.

Today in France, this traffic represents a turnover of more than 2 billion euros per year; 2 billion euros per year will go into the pockets of dealers. And this amount of money represent 250 tons of resin, it's amazing.

If I'm here, you had understood, it is to defend the legalization of drugs and set up coffee shops as regulated in some states in the usa. you must to know that I absolutely not defend this cause to then that I can go buy my dose quietly in few year without any problem. While singing smoke every day of snoop dogg. No.

This system has been proven in several states where it has been implemented. You only must to look Amsterdam for example. There are problems? No. And are there any problems in France with drug trafficking? Yes absolutely.

This problem is a subject dear to my heart ... and you know why? ... No. it was few years ago, I have had a declic. And I promised myself that I would, that we will do something. This day I have learned that my best friend, my childhood was dead. Dead of an overdose because a person had tasted him a drugs. But it was not a cake that we have asked him to taste. No, it was a fucking drugs cutting. A cutting drug that allowed at the dealer to make more money. Again more money.

Moreover, several arguments show you that it is good to legalize drugs:

- First of all it will make disappear the drug trafficking and therefore all the problems that are related. Imagine, there will be no gang of black people at the corner of the street ... and that other gang... of black people again in the car park. That allows it to regain security.

-. That legalization could help a lot of addicted people ,addicts to the drugs that will be supervised when they now consume.

- And I think also that if the drugs would be legalized, then there would be far fewer people who would start. For indeed according to many surveys if some people begin it is because they feel powerful to do some things prohibited by the law. It's like when you drink a beer for the first time with friends, you feel malignant because it is forbidden. But in your head, you tell yourself: why I drink it? It is disgusting. It is only because it is forbidden that it attract people.

Are you not agree?
