Memo to all Clubvac personnel Marketing Campaign: « It Takes a Community » The marketing campaign organized by our Communications and Advertising team to promote ClubVacs ‘s It Takes a Community project will be launched next week. It will revolve around the message you can read in the attached brochure that will also be communicated in full to the public online with popups, banners and email and in the written press. Brochures, leaflets and flyers will be distributed by ClubVac employees and volunteers in strategic places. Please sign up if you’re interested. Of course you will receive overtime remuneration. Television commercials will be broadcast twice a day in the much shorter version that follows: – The Project logo. – A map of targeted areas. – The message: « alternative holiday camps that associate pleasure and community action in unspoiled rural settings by lakes and rivers. Join our It takes a Community project, and feel really good ». – Contact details. The promotion campaign will last for two weeks and be repeated every six months if necessary. We are targeting all segments, ages, backgrounds, and solicit a variety of skilled and semi-skilled collaborators. Application forms are included on the brochures and downloadable on web sites or can be sent by regular mail. Temps will be hired to help deal with phone calls and mail. Reminder: This initiative while initially a costly investment will pay off in the near and distant future. We are confident the financial burden will be shared by other members of the community and our reputation enhanced. Above all, it is rewarding to be spearheading* a worthy cause. We count on you to support and help promote our socially responsible investment and thank you for your efforts
