Mehdi : What are your main qualities?

Quentin : I consider myself as an autonomous and proactive person. I have an enquiring mind, I enjoy solving problems and I take pride in finding innovative and pragmatic ideas. Therefore, my clients and my boss say that I am very reliable.

Mehdi : How do you organise your work?

Quentin : I am good at time management. It is in my nature to be well-organised, and I believe that my current job has emphasised this feature because a good consultant needs to be rigorous. I even tend to be a little perfectionist!

Mehdi : How do you interact with other people?

Quentin : Even though I am able to work on my own, I am a good team player and a have good interpersonal skills. I enjoy sharing points of view with my co-workers. I am good-natured. I currently manage five people, and it is going well. I am understanding with them, I help building a nice and relaxed work atmosphere, but in exchange I require a lot of energy,painstakingness and fresh ideas from them.

Mehdi : How do you cope with pressure?

Quentin : Unfortunately,I often meet pressure on my assignments… But I am quite good at remaining calm under pressure. I confess that if is there is no pressure at all for a long period, I get bored.
