For this fact we had to make our internship in the Grouping of the Women Transformers of Néré in Afitin of Saclo, a grouping of women specialized in the transformation of the seeds of néré in Afitin either fresh or powder. During our internship in this grouping we had to make the transformation of the seeds of néré in fresh Afitin and also in powder Afitin. These various led activities helped us draft our entitled project "Development and marketing of a flavor enhancer with the néré (Parkia biglobosa)". The methodology adopted for the elaboration of this work based itself on the data collection (document retrieval and semi-structured interviews) and the analysis of these data (concerning the indications and the tools of analysis of the project). The expanding structure of the project will be recorded under the status of a limited liability company for a renewable duration of 5 years. She will be installed in the municipality of Sakété, more exactly in the village of Aïta. He is in contradiction with no law and establishes a way of development. His implementation requires the mobilization of 16363650 FCFA the sought financing of which is of 11683525FCFA, that is 71,40 % of the total cost and the personal investment rising 4680125 FCFA, or 28,60 % of the global cost. This financing will be mobilized through a bank loan of an interest rate of twelve 12 %. The deadline of recovery of the invested capital is of 3 years 11 days favored by a rate of internal profitability 29,80 % (RIP) which justifies the capacity of Great flavor for your dishes to support the proposed interest rate and thus an Indication of Profitability=0,72FCFA, for one francs to invest we win 0,72FCFA and a net present value, NPV=9611466,41FCFA > 0. The project aims at producing and at marketing in his first year 5,4 tons of "Néré Exhausteur"; 6,75tonnes in the second and third year and finally 8,1tonnes in the fourth and fifth year.
