Quel intérêt à utiliser la peine de mort? (document en anglais)

Death penalty, death sentence, execution, capital punishment, lot of word for describe this ultimate act.

The death sentence have existed since the antiquity. Nowadays some countries like U.S.A, are still using it.

34 states of U.S.A are using it.

What the interest to use the death sentence ?

Murderers, pedophile, rapist, recidivist don't respect the life, they make acts which exceed the humanity. Why to leave them life , then they deprive their victims of their life ?

More prisons are filled with persons who doesn't deserve to live, they live at the account of the citizens, they can go to sport, to continue the studies, to watch TV, with complete impunity, I think that isn't normal. They destroy life, and, in return we their allow to live like citizens.

The capital punishment will allow to reduce the population of prisons and to reduce crimes too. The justice will accomplish.

The problem of death penalty is that it can victim during the sentence. In fact, if we take case of Troy Davis, he arrested for the murder of white policeman. He was black, and many evidences are accused him. Policemen has put the pressure at witnesses for say that is Troy Davis the murderer.

More temoins are return on their deposition by saying that there are the pressure and is'nt Troy Davis the culprit. Troy Davis is executided in 2011 september 21th. Is an example among other.

Why punish a criminal with death penalty whereas we are a criminal too ? If we could punish accuses for murderer, we are murderer too.

Will justice doesn't say revenge, but allow of killer, rapist, recidivist and pedophile to make sport, to studies, isn't the solution like the death penalty.

Je mettrais deux map avec les pays qui ont la peine de mort, et une spécifique au etat unis, de plus je mettrais une caricature pour éttoffer tout ca.
