I’m going to present you my topic; I’m going to talk about to South Africa.

First time to officially the Republic of South Africa (RSA), is a country located in Southern Africa. It has 2,798 kilometres (1,739 mi) of coastline that stretches along the South Atlantic and Indian oceans.

To the north lie the neighbouring countries of Namibia, Botswana and Zimbabwe; to the east are Mozambique and Swaziland; and within it lies Lesotho, an enclave surrounded by South African territory. South Africa is the 25th-largest country in the world by land area, and with close to 53 million people, is the world's 25th-most populous nation.

Secondly, to talk about cooking in south Africa.

The cooking of South Africa is sometimes called "rainbow cooking", as it has had a variety of multicultural sources and stages.

The South African cooking(kitchen) groups(includes) all the culinary traditions of South Africa among which the following dishes:

Mieliepap: corn pure with meat in sauce;

Bobotie : consisting of spiced minced meat baked with an egg-based topping

Biltong: dried meat;

Braai: barbecue;

Meats of ostrich and crocodile;

Chutney; made from a highly variable mixture of spices, vegetables, or fruit.

Curry;

Bredie : include cinnamon, cardamom and mutton
