To what extent can India be said to have two faces?

India is a country in South Asia that occupies most of Indian subcontinent. It is the seventh-largest country by area and the second-most populous country with over 1.2 billion people. India is also very active in the field of technology ( à l’image de la ville de ) Bangalore which is known as the Silicon Valley of India. In short, India can be considered as a developed country which does not include the other aspect of India.

In effect, India can be seen in a completely different way. India is growth is close to 10% per year, it’s a record; for all that 80% of the population lives on less than $ 2 per day, studies estimated that half of the Indian population lives in a state of malnutrition. Moreover, as a result of the development a major part of the population decides to move in cities to look for a job, these migrations led to the creation of slums in which millions of Indians live.

To sum up, the developed aspect of the country appears as a showcase but the reality is very different, the major part of Indians undergoes this development.
