Australia

Introduction:

Australia is a country and an ancient English colony located in Oceania and situated in the southern hemisphere. Seasons are reversed in comparison with European seasons, for instance, when they are in summer in Europe, in Australia they are in winter. Besides, weather is often nice. The climate of Australia is very varied, although most of the country is desert, semi-arid, or tropical.

The Australian flag looks like the British flag a bit. Really, it’s a flag with predominant colour blue containing six stars of different sizes. Above to the left of the flag, we can see a small British flag: it shows that it is about an ancient British colony.

The Australian population is constituted of white Australians but also of aborigines. These last are the inhabitants of origin of Australia. They speak especially English, otherwise, some Australians speak Australians English which is an Australian language very close to English language.

We presented in brief Australia, now we will try to show how the life in Australia is and what you can do.

If you want to go in Australia, you can take plane, it’s very expensive but we will try to make you travel free!

After twenty hours of travel, you have lots of place to visit, so we choose for you a few place.

First, the famous Sydney Opera House, located in Sydney. With its exceptional location on one of the most beautiful bays in the world and its peculiar architecture shaped shells (or sails, following the imaginary ...), the Sydney Opera House is still today one of the iconic images Australia. Lover of architecture and monument, you would love!

In Australia, you can also visited Margaret River, a town in the South West of Western Australia. Several hundred caves are located near Margaret River, all of them within Leeuwin-Naturaliste National Park. Six of these are open to the public. The most famous of these is the multi-chambered Mammoth Cave, which lies 21 kilometres south of the town and contains fossils dating back over 35,000 years. Lover of geology, you would love!

Next place we will present to you is Blue Mountains, is a mountainous region in New South Wales. The Blue Mountains are on the list of UNESCO World Heritage in 2000. The name of these mountains originates in the blue reflection returned by the remote mountain views, a reflection generated by the volatile oils of eucalyptus forests. Lover of nature and great view, you would love! You can also go on Fraser Island, with is beautiful landscape.

In Australia, there is a region who call Red Center, is the colloquial name given to the southern desert region of the Northern Territory in Australia. You can visited a big canyon, with landscape that we do not have in France.

There are a region who called Kimberley. Here, you can admirated the landscape, and if you have the courage, you can go diving and see shark in sea, while remaining in a cage of course! Lover of adrenaline and passionate about nature underwater, you would love!

Kangaroo Island is also a good destination, additional to the beautiful landscape, you can look Kangaroo, mythical animal of Australia. Lover of natures and creatures, you would love!
