1. You are a sales rep for AT&T.

You’re dealing with customers who are reluctant and don’t really want a smart home.  

But you are going to try and convince them to turn their house into a smart home.

You must  customize your offer and insist on specific devices.

Choose one of the following customers and write a dialogue.  

Customers : People who have been burgled twice, an elderly couple, a couple of famous actors, a disabled woman in a wheelchair, the parents of a young girl with down syndrome or a young couple with children
