Hello, my name is Morgane SALORT, I am in BTS Management of Business Units at ECORIS LYON.

My step took place at GRAIN DE MALICE located in the shopping center Carré de Soie in Vaulx-en-Velin for 6 weeks from April 17 to May 26, 2018.

GRAIN DE MALICE is a women's ready-to-wear store with 250 stores around the world. The women's sign of an average age of 30 to 50 years and offers a wide range of clothing ranging from size 34 to 48.

The store has 6 saleswomen including a manager, an assistant manager, two saleswomen, a contract saleswoman and a trainee.

During this stage, I worked the work of a saleswoman. During this one I was able to different tasks which was:

• Sale

• Advise clients
• Manage cabins by setting up customers, advising them when they exit the cabin, or picking up sizing
• Take care of the parcels by taking care of the product by inserting the lock on the product then bending or folding
• Set up mechandising to showcase the new product
• Prepare the promotional week « mischief day’s »

During this internship, I encountered some difficulties during the implementation of the merchandising, as I did not know some products, I put more time when I was looking for the product and some clothes were already in the store , then you have to find another product to put in place so that there is no empty space in the store.

In conclusion, this work experience for my professional life to have new technical skills, I enjoyed being in contact with customers and being able to help them define their needs and I particularly appreciated the atmosphere of trust and confidence. respect that I was able to establish with my colleagues.

Bonjour, je m’appelle Morgane SALORT, je suis en BTS Management des Unités Commerciales à ECORIS LYON.

Mon stage s’est déroulé chez GRAIN DE MALICE situé dans le centre commercial Carré de Soie à Vaulx-en-Velin pendant 6 semaines à partir du 17 avril au 26 mai 2018.

GRAIN DE MALICE est un magasin de prêt-à-porter pour femme disposant de 250 magasins présents dans le monde. L’enseigne vise les femmes d’une moyenne d’âge de 30 à 50 ans et propose une large gamme de vêtements allant de la taille 34 à 48.

Le magasin dispose de 6 vendeuses dont une responsable, une responsable adjointe, deux vendeuse, une vendeuse en contrat étudiant et d’une stagiaire.

Durant ce stage, j’ai effectué le travail d’une vendeuse. Au cours de celui-ci j’ai pu effectuer diverses tâches qui étaient :

• Conseiller les clientes
• Vendre
• Gérer les cabines en installant les clientes, en les conseillant lors de leur sortie de cabine ou en allant chercher des tailles
• M’occuper des colis en m’occupant du packtage du produit c’est-à-dire en insérant l’antivol sur le produit puis en le cintrant ou en le pliant
• Mettre en place le merchandising pour mettre en valeur le nouveau produit
• Préparer la semaine promotionnelle des « jours malices »

Au cours de ce stage, j’ai pu rencontrer quelques difficultés lors de la mise en place du merchandising, comme je ne connaissais pas certains produits, j’ai mis plus de temps lorsque je recherchais le produit et certains vêtements étaient déjà dans le magasin, alors il fallait trouver un autre produit à mettre à la place pour qu’il n’y est pas d’espace vide dans le magasin.
