Delivery conditions and return

Delivery terms:

If in stock, goods are delivered within a few days. We will keep you informed if they are not available. Standard mail post with fast delivery and follow-up (French “colissimo avec suivi”).

Delivery charges:

Transport fees are €7 on a domestic basis plus €5 if payment is made through pay-on-delivery. When the order exceeds €150, no payment is required (except abroad and French territories).

Money back guarantee:

If an item does not suit you (whatever the reason), send it back within a week in its shipping package, and you will get a money back refund (except for specific orders).

Exchange:

All our products can be exchanged (except for specific orders) on request (just send the item back in its shipping package with the invoice copy within a week. It is essential that the item be not damaged). If not for a delivery error, the exchange process will be charged €7 for handling and shipping.

For confidential reasons, you benefit from the choice to access, alter, or delete your address and details from our files (French Enactment: Jan 6, 1978)

Payment:

• By cheque or money order made to AMS Racing

• By card: Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard or any other one carrying the CB logo. Just write down the 16 digits printed on your card and the expiration date. The payment is secured on the Caisse d’Epargne bank secure server.

• COD (cash on delivery) by cheque, cash, plus €5 for charges

Transport:

The buyer is liable for risk of damage during transport. If problems, check your shipment with the delivery person and mention reserves on his/her delivery sheet.

Any claim is due within 48 hours after delivery receipt to the haulage operator/haulier, by recorded delivery/registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt

Clause:

We reserve the right to modify any product since the pictures on the catalogue are not contractual. In case of dispute, the Toulouse Commercial Court will settle the case. Since most products are race and competition-oriented, they are not allowed on public roads.
