Part 1 - A message

The caller’s name is Nicolas Smith.

She called to give the information I needed.

- There are 7 people in the group.

- They want stay in the same chalet. They are not bothered where it is, near the coast but not in the Côte d’Azur.

- They are particularly interested in motor sports

- They are quit young. They would like to know if there is any nightlife in the village.

5. In return she wants an e-mail with information and description of the chalet and of the village’s facilities. She wants a rough price guide. She also wants a list with sporting activities available both in the village and in the immediate locality.

Part 2 - Holiday villages

To chose the perfect chalet for the group, I have to take into consideration that the chalet must be suitable for seven people because they want to stay all together. I have to keep in mind that they want to be near the coast but not on the Côte d’Azur.

I think the Laniac holiday village would be perfect for the group. The village is in Brittany and 5 minutes away from the north breton coastline and the beach. The chalet is suitable up to 8 people.

Dear Nicolas,

Here are all the informations you want. First, I found the chalet for the group.The Laniac holiday village around is around a small lake in Brittany and it’s 5minutes away from the north breton coastline and the beach. The chalet is capable of accommodating up to 8 people.

Each chalet has a living-room with an open fire and a fitted kitchen with a microwave, a dishwasher ans a TV. There are two bedrooms with one double bed and two single bunk bed. There is a bathroom with separate toilet and a terrace with a garden lounge.

There are two restaurants in the village, a self-service and a bar that turns into a nightclub after 11pm. Also, there are a gym and a heated pool. I think your customer would be happy because there is a spot for motorcycling in the village next door!

The activities:

On the spot it’s possible to rent a VTT or play tennis on one of the twelve tennis court.

In the village they can practice archery or horse riding. If they prefer water activities there are sailing, windsurfing and fishing.

About the price:

From 01/04 to 30/06 it’s 78€ per night.

From 01/07 to 30/08 it’s 142€ per night.

From 01/09 to 15/11 it’s 65€ per night.
