ANSWERS.
1. A,
When we talk about Ohio leadership style, we should talk about the two key factors about how leaders lead :
- Initiating structure : Jack Welch was extremely good regarding planning, he had a huge vision and clear objectives.
He redefined General Electric objectives, he considered to be at the 4th position as a failure.
He also had great communication and coordination skills, the proof is that his employees and managers used to know in advance.
- Consideration : In opposite of his increadible manager performance, Jack wasn't this kind of people who cares and pay attention to his employees.

B,
Applying Blake and Mouton Managerial Grid matrix's, Jack Welch was more focused on results, and not at all about people. He used to say that G.E should either be n°1 or n°2 in all business or get out of them.
Behind his extraordinary financial performance, Jack used to put under pressure his managers and employees.
So, I can say that Jack Welch is more about produce-or-perish management.
C,
LMX Theory includes two groupes. ( In-group and the out-group).
Jack Welch created an evoluation and ranking system for managers.
Managers of the top ranking (In-group) were highly rewarded, while the others with poor performance were successively fired.
