New York, or more commonly big apple, is the largest city in the United States and one of the largest in the Americas. It is located in the Northeastern United States, on the Atlantic coast in the south-east of the State of New York. New York City consists of five boroughs called boroughs: Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx and Staten Island.

The island of Manhattan is the richest borough of the New York City, the most densely populated, while the most famous, since most of the most famous buildings in the world are in Manhattan. Manhattan is also presented as a financial center of global importance. Manhattan is home to the University of New York's prestigious Columbia University. Manhattan is just considered as the center of New York.

New York is one of the most cosmopolitan cities in the world, with its many ethnic neighborhoods. The best known are Little Italy, Chinatown or that incorporates the highest concentration of Chinese population of the Americas

Le 9/11 Memorial de Staten Island

This is a sculpture built in 2004 in homage to the 274 Staten Island residents who have not survived the September 11 attacks. This sculpture depicts two large white goest in which there are marble plaques dedicated to each victim.

A day in Coney Island

Located at the southern tip of Brooklyn, Coney Island is a peninsula, known for its beach and amusement parks

Shopping in Fifith Avenue

Surrounded by many parks and luxury shops, officially 5th Avenue from Washington Square Park and back to Harlem. It is, however, famous for its stretch that part of Flatiron Building (intersection of Broadway and 5th Avenue) and extends to the south east entrance of Central Park (Apple Store). So we will focus on that part where the majority of tourist attractions and famous shops are grouped together.

Rockfeller Center

The "Top of the Rock" is the roof of the main skyscrapers of Rockefeller Center, the GE Building. It peaks at 259 m and consists of a terrace on 3 levels, it offers beautiful views of Central Park and the Empire State Building.

Meatpacking District

Meatpacking District is undoubtedly the area that most reflects the nickname of New York as "the city that never sleeps ». Meatpacking District is full of trendy restaurants in the lovely decoration.
