Virginia is the tenth State in the USA. English is the official language of the state of Virginia since 1981[].The Virginia is a State of the United States. Historically attached to the Southern United States, its current capital is Richmond. It is adjacent to the north of the Maryland and the District of Columbia, to the south, of the North Carolina and the Tennessee, in the west, of the Kentucky and the West Virginia, and is bordered to the east by the Chesapeake Bay and theAtlantic Ocean.

History
Virginia was discovered in 1584 by the English sailor Walter Raleigh. He sends men to recognize the North American coast.
