                                                            The rap

Rap is a form of vocal expression, one of the five pillars of the hip-hop cultural and musical movement that emerged in the mid-1970s in ghettos in the United States. Rap usually includes rhymed verses separated by refrains, accompanied by rhythms. Having been influenced by other musical genres (reggae, blues and jazz), rap became increasingly popular over the 1980s. In the early hours, MCs, DJs simply called MC -ing .

The rappers want to convey a message to show the violence in the cities and the suburbs and the racism of the whites towards the blacks. Through their texts, these rappers denounce the conditions of life are subjected in these deprived districts. They proclaim loudly, strongly and violently how much they despise justice, the policy in place or the police forces that do nothing to help them

The rappers recounts in their songs the violence of their childhood that they saw in the cities

There are several styles of rapper.

There is the conscious rap that is softer and hardcore rap that is more violent.

I chose to make an article on rap because I listen to this style of music and that I feel that the messages passed by this musical style is not heard enough.I support the message passed by rappers.
