The cloud

This audio document is a dialogue between three characters. These characters are Clement Thomas, Nancy Magidson and Jane Kelsey.

These documents describe the situation of Clement and Nancy. Indeed these two persons are young students who come to graduation and wanted to do an internship in the office of Attorney Jane Kelsey.

This scene takes place in the office of Jane Kelsey, one of the collaborators as the name of the office indicates to us "Kelsey and Prizer"

In the first part of the document, there is information relating to the two young trainees on internship and Master.

First, Clement Thomas is a young student who has just received his BTS notaries. He is French. And to improve her English, he wants to do an internship in England and Kelsey Prizer in Birmingham.

Then Nancy Magidson, young American, a graduate of a law school in Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. It also has a notary training. His father is a corporate lawyer.

Finally Jane Kelsey is one of the collaborators of the law firm where the internship will take place. We also learn that Jane Kelsey knows the father of Nancy, as they were in the same New York law school in the United States, and are also good friends.

The main topic of the three documents is the formation of the Notary profession that is in comparison with France in Pennsylvania.

In France, training at the Notary profession is much harder and a lot longer (about eight years of study after the tray). Unlike the United States, primarily in Pennsylvania as explained Nancy Magidson, simply training that gives three hours of specialized courses in law notaries and is approved for Notary. She also explained that the working methods are different; notaries do not use new technology such as electronic signatures or electronic records.

Most Notaries practicing in Pennsylvania are also Lawyer.
