In your life, who do you rely on most : your friends or your family? Why? For what and in what ways do they influence you?

Friends and family are our pillars in life. They matter a lot to us and hold our hand through life. Sometimes, our friends are also our family but that depends on people.


To begin with, I am a person who is quite distant with my parents. I do not open up to them and I remain discreet about my personal life. 


However, it is not the case with my friends.

Indeed, I mostly rely on my friends. The reasons are various : I am an expressive person and I like to express myself with my friends so that they can help me feeling better. I feel most confortable engaging any type of conversation including my family issues as well as my love life with them.

In my opinion, a friend is someone we can count on when the need arises and who knows me better than others do. They influence me to get a better version of myself by giving me advice on how to deal with daily situations.

Simply by their presence, they create a positive vibe around me and this contribute to my happiness.

That is why I truly need them in my life.


To conclude, I think that family is as important as friends. Each of them have a different part in my life. My parents and siblings have experience that we do not have for the moment that’s why it is always important to listen to them.
