I : What happened ? explain to me with details please.

T: Yes sure I was in my bathroom. I prepared myself for the little party and christmas dinner. Suddenly, I heard something, a gunshot, I was scary, I couldn't move. Finally, I come down the stairs and I saw my hunsband was lying on the floor, he was dead. After, I discover he corpse, I call you.

I : Okay, I have recorded you testimony now  I'm gonna ask you some question.

T : Okay, no problem do you work.

I : You were alone with your husband in the appartement, were you ?

T : Yes, It was eight p.m and we was waiting for friends and family to arrive.

I : What did your husband do down ?

T : He was prepared the chimney.

I : Have you some problems with someone who would have been able to kill you for example?

T : You know, my family is rich it's possible somebody could be jealous of it.

I : Okay, on the surveillance camera, you had a gun in your hand, didn't you ?

T : Yes.

I : Why had you it in your hand?

 T : When I heard the gunshot, I ran to my bedroom and I took my gun. Then I went down stairs.

I : But you didn't tell this to me before.

T : No.

I : I suppose that you had a weapon at your home ?

T : Yes,

I :  Why you had a gun in your home? 

T : hum... My husband works late in the night , we had to buy a gun to defend myself when he is absent

I : Okay ! I return to the subject of people who might be jealous of you . Someone you know could do such a thing ?

T : Yes . We have already had several problems with our neighbor who lives right in front of our house

I : Really ? What kind of problem ?

T :  When my husband and I we arrived in this neighborhood,
she had tried to steal our bike.

I : I conclude that your neighbor might be one of guilty.

T : it's possible

I : You or your husband , did you have these new recently?

T : Yes, a few weeks ago she came to us and said she would leave a few days to see his family . This had parru weird that we stay current because usually she never keeps us informed .
