MR JONES ZACH : JUNIOR EXECUTIVE

MR STARK REHDA : INTERN

MR JACKOSN JUNIOR : HR  MANAGER

J : Good Morning Gents, We all know why we are here and I'd like to have more information about the reoccuring events of  these last few months what happened Mr Jones ?

Z : I was just named Junior Executive in August and since then Mr Stark and a group of people like him tourment me daily with comments on the way I dress,  they make fun of me in the hallways, they even pull pranks on my belongings like the post its all around my car on the parking lot, they or him I don't even know who does it anymore but I am sick of it please do something for me sir !

J : Mr Stark what do you have to say for yourself ?

R: First of all I didn't know anything I just heard of. Mr Jones was presented to me today and I never knew who he was before today.

Z : THAT'S A LIE SIR I'VE SEEN HIM MANY TIMES BEFORE, as a matter of fact we used to be friends

R : You are a fuckin liar what do you want ? You want to get me fired ?

J : I find it hard to follow this discussion with all your rumblings, we are adults, we treat ourselves with respect, plus I should tell you that if this situation is not resolved soon you too will have to take this to the board and those people are way less kind than I am.

R : I don't fuckin know you how many times do I have to tell you this ?

Z : I would like to say for myself that I get nothing in return by doing this, at best everybody in the company will know I am a sensible person and they will ridicule me as well, I really don't get why I would lie

J  : I support this, it goes against logic so please Mr Stark let's settle this once and for all

R : Okay okay you want the truth, I'll give you the truth, Since mister big guns Jones as been named Junior Executives he treats every intern like literal shit, he pick on them, give them extra hours of work and we litterally have no lives outside of the working place it is unbearing, so we took it upon ourselves to have a little revenge and mister goes soft on us like we are the bad guys.

J : This is quite a conflictual situation indeed. I'll take some time to process this and you gentlemen will learn to work together as united team. If I ever hear some miscommunication between you two again and it is not work related, like some feud or anything else, you'll be done working for this firm. Mr Jones we don't train crying dogs here and Mr Stark we strive for greatness in this firm get this in your stupid head, I am not your friend don't you ever talk this way in front of me again or you'll be flippin burgers for the rest of your life.

At once leave my office !
