Confidence is such a hard thing to maintain, because it can be crushed at any moment. Confidence is so important though, because it gives us the strength we need to accomplish almost anything. How many times have you been held back because of a lack of confidence? I know for me it’s probably in the hundreds. Consider how lack of confidence could even be affecting your earnings. Many people struggle with lack of self-confidence and it holds us back. We need to work hard on improving our self-confidence and self-esteem if we want to be the type of leaders that employees look up to. The self confidence allows to overcoming life’s difficulties. It helps us to have dreams and achieve them. For sucess we need to be clever, but also need to be creative, innovative and ressourceful. And yet, without confidence we can’t access to success. For example when you fail, you can give up but, if you believe in yourself you know that you are able to restart again and again, until you win. If you believe in your capacities, you will achieve your dreams. There are gifted persons who are incapable to success is not talent.
