A father guilty of shooting his family.

Monday night, 35 years old man, married to a 30years old women and father of two little 4years old girls and a 10 years old boy, has been found guilty in the United States of murderin his family during a night.

In Nex york city, the men, who was identfied this morning has Peter Jones, was at home with his family when the shooting happened.

It happened at night, this monday night, the 3 of december.

He shoot intentionally two times his wife when she was sleeping at 1:04 a.m, police said. We learn later that he shoot his twins girls one time on each in the head at 1:08 a.m. Then he shoot his son at 1:11 a.m.

This drama happened at the residence in the 121099 block of Dertun avenue, said the police.

We learned that the father regulary saw a psychiatrist. We learned from him that Mr. Jones had a serious mental problem. He suffers from bipolar.

The neighbor of the family Jones, said that she heard an argument between the men and the women. « It was violent » « We heard the childrens crying, but I didn't dare to intervene. ». said the women.  

The police investigation prouve that the father had a crisis. And he take his pistol in the tray next to the bed to shoot is family.

The sister of the Mrs Jones said that when he had crisis, he become very bad and strange. « he was angry and he knoked everything he saw », she said.

The justice affirmed that the man wasn't in his normal personality, so he is not  totally guilty because he was placed in a psychiatric hospitle.
