Hello,
Before to talking about Human Resources I’m going to speak a little beat about stores.
Firstly, we are only in Europe. At the moment in France, England, Belgium, Germany and Switzerland.
We choose this country because they have common border. It’s easier for the transport of merchandising.
We sell in megastore like Carrefour. They take a commission of 3% of our annual turnover.
I would like to talk about human resource share.
We produce low-cost Jacuzzi. We know that everyone don't have high salary.
That’s why we pronoun equality. All employees start with the same wage. There is no distinction between women and men. Both will have an equivalent salary.
So, equivalent skills equivalent wage. It’s possible to rise in rank to increase his salary level. Our policy is really elastic, we have a practical aspect. As I said earlier, we have 5 point of sales. At each point of sale there are 6 employees. This gives us a total of 30 employees only for blinds

On average a seller won €2500 an assistant €2800 and the boss of store €3000
Also, we have of course people responsible of marketing, communication... That represents fifty people. Their salaries range from € 5 000 to 10 000€.
In the context of our shops. Employees will be dressed rather casual jean with a top bearing the logo of our brand.
How to join our team?
