        It was the day of his life but he still did not know it. So he got ready this morning like every morning. So Rick woke up and got dressed with his old suit for 10 years to work. Before leaving, he took his medicine like every day. The man left his apartment to go to work and Rick called a taxi. “It wasn’t a good day in Paris, It rained and was cold” thought Rick. The Eiffel tower was hidden by the rain. When he arrived at his work, his phone rang. He took his phone hurriedly but it fell in a puddle. Rick picked it up and sighted in his head “What a rotten day”. But his phone always rang and Rick picked up his phone. It was Martin, his best friend. Rick knew Martin since he was child. At the school they always were together and he couldn’t live one without the over. So Martin shouted:

-“ I have a good thing to tell you , a place has just freed for you, a man has given his place there are 15 minutes, we have a heart for you in emergency ! I would like to announce the new!

-No no it’s a joke, it isn’t possible, I wasn’t priority in the list exclaimed Rick!

-No it is true! You must operate in 5 hours at 12 pm but now I am going to work, my boss calls me” said Martin

Rick released his phone which fell on the walkway and said “Finally it wasn’t a rotten day” with the smile. It makes him overjoyed; it was a dream which came true because before he didn’t believe.

       For 3 years, he was cured by a cancer but thanks at the Chemotherapy and radiotherapy he cured. But the chemotherapy damaged his heart. Rick needed a translated heart because his heart was “rotten. He only had three months to live without a new heart. When he knew the good news he called his family to announce the new. Everyone was surprised and overjoyed for him. Rick called a Taxi and went to his apartment to take many papers. He went to the hospital. On the road to the hospital, Rick thought about his fight against the disease and now this fight was end. So the man arrived and came into the hospital. Rick went to the reception to fill a lot of papers (insurance…). Rick was a little worried. When he finished the secretary said “Please can you wait to the waiting room?” Rick set at the waiting room; there were a young man and two old women who read women’s magazine. Rick was a little stressed but it was an opportunity, to have a new heart. He called martin’s friend but he didn’t answer, it was strange, Martin used to answering on his phone quickly, bur Rick didn’t’ insist. Rick stared at clock during 2 hours, it was 12am. But suddenly someone called his name “Mr Rick comes with me please”. It was a nurse; she said to wear ugly clothes and to take many medicines for the operation. When he did the man rose on a patient car and went to the operating block. Over there was a man who said to him ‘don’t be sacred I do am going to do a prick on you and you will sleep during 5 hours”. Suddenly Rick had a sudden pain in his right arm. It was the prick. He felt really tired and he slept. The man had just the time to see a silhouette on a patient car which arrived.

        When he woke up, he saw fuzzy but distinguished the clock and the hour, he was 21 pm. Rick had pain at the chest it was like if It gave him stabs at his chest. Suddenly he heard a voice “Oh you are wake up Rick, your operation did alright you are in the recovery room”. It was a nurse. “
