This document is a video extrated / taken from a famous TV show entitled / called / named Kitchen nightmares and strarring British Chef Gordon Ramsay.

The video steals with the lack of hygiene in the kitchen of an Irish pub.

The video is quite recent it was put online in 2013.

We can see other staff members like the chef, cooks, the floor manager and the owners.

First, Gordon Ramsay is sitting a restaurant, he is looking at the menu, he looks upset, disgusted. He wants to see the chef .

He want to know if the chef has tasted the food that comes back to the kitchen. The chef say he has ans he think it's ok .

In the video, we learn that Maro has been a chef since 1997.

Gordon Ramsay didn't like the dish (whish) he ordered : Shepherd's pie the traditional Irish dish. Gordon says the food is embarassing, he has no flavour, IT is dreaful / horible / terrible.

The scallops were frozen, then de-frozen and for G.Ramsay if the producs are no fresh, they are impossible to ccok.

When he opens the fridge, he finds some fried chicken whish will be re-fried again !

He notices the food is all mixed up in the fridge : ram meat, cooked meat, salami, mozarella sticks with blood !!!

The co-owner knew there was a problem → she should have revealed the truth but she kept the secret.

She did'nt say anything. She is responsible and implicated.
