In brief, we can say that we usually hear about the danger of privacy on society and individual in general, especially with the release of new technologies that allow state to get more information about people.

We have seen that on one hand some states guarantee the privacy to citizen and on the other hand the state has the total power, and we can compare this situation to 1984 from George Orwell of "Big brother is watching you. In our opinion, the main point is to not cross the limits,

A citizen shouldnt be scared to be spied by anyone nobody should be allowed so spy. The megan's law showed us that privacy that privacy can be helpfull in order to avoid a disaster. But in a country, where each inhabitants has it's own gun, it's very difficult to find to find a balance concerning privacy.

The reality is that each personn is aware about the fact that state is collecting oceans of personal information about us but we do nothing. So the solution might be that states should tell the truth about what they are doing, and then people, should control the data concerning them. Might be a solution ? but how to find that balance, that's the puzzling question ?
