2014-2016:Currently completing year one of an IUT (University Institute of Technology) at,    

                        University d’Auvergne, Clermont-Ferrand, France to graduate from the DUT.

2013-2014:Obtained an technological baccalauréat

2013-2014: I did a two-months internship as an assistant to the Head of Customer Relationship    

                  Management for Tacadao specialized in food retailing, Casablanca, Morrocco.

                  Responsibilities included: designing flyers, managing customer’s services, analyzing

                  The competitive intelligence and establishing a satisfaction survey. I greatly improved      

                  My ability to work in teams. I also developed my management skills (I had a call

                  Center under my supervision for 3 weeks). Finally, I learned the importance of being

                  Patient while talking to customers on phone, this also developed my communication

                 Skills.

2011-2012 : I did a one-month internship as an assistant to the Head of Finance department for

             Amanis, specialized in clothes retailing, Casablanca, Morocco.

                  Responsabilities included : invoice filing and  relating differences between forecast                  

            And anctual.I greatly developed my organization skills and my logical mind.

• Music : I did piano for 3 years, I love doing classical music, it helps me deal with stress.
• Travel : I like traveling and have visited France, Spain, USA, Italy, Sweden, Denmark and Estonia.Learning about new cultures is very important to me.
• Make benevolat : I love help people.Last year I went to Marrakech in Morrocco to help poor children, we bring them some clothes and some food.
• Sport : I have played basketball for 5 years in a club as a striker.I love competition and I really enjoyed the competitive spirit.
