ASSIGNMENT ?

As part of the implementation of the development and quality of service policy, you are the first point of contact for private customers and professionals in the post office.

• You welcome them and accompany them in the discovery of all the service offers.
• You are business introducers for bank advisors and professional customer managers.
• You identify the expected service, propose a suitable solution and support customers in their purchases.
• You make customers aware of the use of automatons and ensure the promotion of multi-channel remote services.
• You carry out day-to-day operations related to products and services (mail, parcels, banking, telephony, etc.) in compliance with safety instructions and procedures.
• You contribute on a daily basis to the continuous improvement of the quality of service.

PROFILE ?

• You know how to sustain customer contact and ensure their satisfaction thanks to your sense of service. Your availability, friendliness and professionalism make life easier for your customers. You know how to use your rigor and adaptability in synergy with the members of the post office team.

TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE

• Holder of a baccalaureate, accompanied by a first experience in banking, insurance, business management or sales in face-to-face customer relations.
