Hi everyone it’s Pat ! I hope everything going well in your lifes.

Today i’m gonna to tell you one of my favorite activity, and secretly i think this is my favorite.

Urban farming, yes i know said like that it doesn’t sell dreams but let me tell you about it.

I started farming three years ago. I had to move from my beautiful house with garden in the countryside to come and live in town in a huge lifeless building...

One day when i was on the rooftop of my home i saw this big place on my right, there where the sun shines all day. And i decided to start to create my new garden. It was not easy like at my old house because now with the pollution i can’t use the same flowers, plants or vegetables. I did my own research on web and found lot of tips for my vegetables, for exemple; i can use small jars for basil or parsley, medium one for tomatoes or cucumber and a big one for carrots or potatoes.

There is one secret for a beautiful rooftop garden, water water and water. Early in the morning or late at night when the sun is down.

I have a stressful work and this activity make me feel good before or after my very long day.

I don’t have a lot of friend and my family is far so my garden helps me when i’m feeling alone, it’s relaxing. And obviously, it’s helping me to eat healthy.
