The company " Chocolats de France " decided to change totally of dimension by modernizing their production and their administration. Furthermore, it wishes to create a permanent range of high quality products and to internationalize its products to conquer others segments and assure its long-term perpetuity.

Thus one of the strategies of the company is to establish on the market Japanese by exporting its products. Through the study of appendix 1 and 2, we notice various elements, which demonstrate clearly the opportunities for this company to invest on the Japanese market.

-The imports of chocolate in Japan show a important increase for the past five years of in value (in million yens) for various types of chocolates (filled, pure and paste).

-These years, , the value of imports in paste chocolate increased by 560 million yens in 2007 in 720 millions in 2010. This shows the constant increase of the needs of Japan for foreign products and French products.
